Sikander Malik lives a middle-class lifestyle in Bombay, along with his parents, who run a musical band and a recording studio. One day the studio catches fire due to a short-circuit instantly killing them but Sikander survives, and after he recuperates, finds that he has now gained the ability to read people's minds whenever he comes in physical contact with them.
