Sailor Moon: Serena and Rini befriend an artist who paints portraits in the park. They bring him home and give him a home cooked meal. He loses his dream when he paints for CeleCele because he no longer is following his heart, and whens he goes after his dream, it is up to Serena and Rini to save him.
