Casualty: Prostitutes and punters make a desperate bid to escape as fire rages at the brothel. While staff at the hospital are alerted to the incident, Guppy provides back-up at the scene and treats an injured man inside the burning building following Maggie's instructions over the phone. Meanwhile, Charlie finds Harry crying in his office - disillusioned with life and devestated by Ellen's departure - and a suicidal Nessa climbs on to the hospital roof, unable to come to terms with her baby's condition.
