Cold Case Files: With a killer on the loose and many young girls dead, the search is on. The weapon of choice is a tourniquet. The case grows cold till a hit in CODIS comes back on a convicted pedophile. Shot to death and burned a 20 year-olds body is found, few clues remain. The case will have to grow cold and new evidence will be uncovered before this cold case heats up again.
