The Joy of Painting: In this special episode Bob handed the reins over to guest artist Fern Sirois (see her site linked below) who demonstrates how to do a portrait of a young Native American girl. While her technique varies from that of our usual instructor she still illustrates the ease in which we can achieve a very life-like image of a person on the canvas. I hope you all enjoy this episode and REMEMBER everyone "MAGIC WHITE" is only a mixture of linseed oil mineral oil/spirits and titanium white. So dont go spending a ton of money on Bobs special batch of it. Look on line for the mixture proportions and make it yourself.
