Work Out: Jackie's got a new girlfriend, which causes Rebecca to become vying for her attention. Four new trainers are introduced this season: Agostina, Greg Plit, JD, and Renessa; and Greg is hired this episode. Jackie and Brian Peeler begin their drama as Peeler does not want to sit out on anything that involves his former best friend, the late Doug Blasdell.
