The Flying Doctors : On the way to a clinic run some medical things fall off the truck and get left behind. Later, David returns to the hospital with some patients leaving Geoff, Kate and Emma to wait for his return. Geoff becomes ill with appendicitis; it needs to be operated on. Kate has to do the operation in the only cover they can find, an aboriginal cave. Meanwhile, David is in a helicopter on the way to help save Geoff's life.
