It's a glorious summer in Fife, and one of the park's longest-serving staff, Billy, is preparing for a unique challenge - a skydive to mark his 80th birthday. The whole team is pulling together to plan a secret surprise celebration for Billy as he builds up to the big jump.Meanwhile, it's all change in the restaurant kitchens as the head chef, James, plans a complete overhaul of the park's menus.
