The Tribe: Bray proves to Amber that Ebony lied to her about having a baby together, but Amber still doesn't claims she doesn't care about what happened in the past. Ebony persuades Lex to leave camp early with her. Left behind, Bray and Dal prepare to return to the city after Amber tells them that the Gaians decided not to join the fight against the Chosen. Trudy offers the Mall Rats a chance to join the novice ceremony. Lex wants to sleep with Ebony but she passes on the chance. The Guardian is pleased when Trudy informs him of how the Mall Rats are joining them one by one. Alice refuses to bow down to the enemies and manages to have some fun while working. The Guardian and Tai-San enjoy a chat about life, and Luke interrupts them, making the Guardian very uneasy. Lex and Ebony rob a few Chosen guards of their clothes. Alice asks Ryan to convince Salene not to join the Chosen, but instead Salene convinces Ryan to join her. At the ceremony, Salene, May and Patsy agree to denounce themselves of the Mall Rats name, but Ryan refuses to join. Bray and Dal are surprised when, on their way to the city, the Gaians decide to join them.
